• Customer: An individual or entity that uses our websites and services to be introduced to a dealer with the intention of potentially selling their vehicle.
• Service: The platforms, tools, and methods provided by GL DIGITAL LTD, trading as GL CAR SOURCING, to facilitate the introduction of customers to dealers. This includes, but is not limited to, our local lead generation websites, phone consultations, WhatsApp image collection, and any other related activities or resources.
• Introducer: An entity or individual that connects or refers one party to another but does not participate directly in any potential transaction between the two. In the context of these terms and conditions, GL DIGITAL LTD, trading as GL CAR SOURCING, acts solely as an introducer, connecting customers to dealers without being involved in or responsible for any subsequent negotiations, transactions, or agreements.

• Lead: A referral or introduction of a potential customer to a dealer, containing information regarding the vehicle and the customer’s intent to sell.

GL DIGITAL LTD, trading as GL CAR SOURCING, operates as an introducer, connecting customers who wish to sell their vehicles with potential dealerships that may be interested in purchasing them. It’s crucial for users to understand the scope and limitations of our service:

• Introducer Role: Our primary function is to introduce and connect customers with dealerships based on the information and preferences shared by the customer. We are not involved in any negotiations, transactions, or other aspects of the potential sale.
• No Offers to Purchase: At no point does GL CAR SOURCING make offers to purchase vehicles from customers. All offers or terms of purchase are solely between the customer and the interested dealership.
• Non-Agent Status: We do not act as agents for either the customer or the dealership. Our role is limited to that of an introducer.
• Limitation of Responsibility: We hold no responsibility for concluding, finalizing, or any other aspect of the deal between the customer and the dealership. Our involvement ends once the introduction has been made, and any subsequent discussions, negotiations, or transactions are entirely between the customer and the dealership.

By using our service, customers acknowledge and accept the nature and scope of our role as detailed above.

User Obligations

Accurate Information: Customers are expected to provide accurate and true information throughout the process. This encompasses all details about the vehicle, ownership, and any other relevant details necessary for the transaction.

Cooperation: We expect full cooperation from our users to ensure a seamless experience. This includes timely responses, being available for scheduled appointments, and being open and honest during all interactions.

Image Provision: Customers should be prepared to provide clear and accurate images of their vehicle via WhatsApp upon our request. These images play a crucial role in the evaluation and connection process.

Valuation Tool Usage: The online valuation tool available on our website is designed exclusively for private individuals who intend to sell a car either for themselves or on behalf of another individual, given that they are legally authorized to do so.

Ownership Confirmation: By using our services, you affirm and attest that you are the legal owner of the car or are authorized to act on behalf of the legal owner.

User Content Rights: By submitting any form of content to our website or providing it to us directly, such as car photos, document images, or personal financial details, you grant GL CAR SOURCING a global, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, and fully transferable license to utilize, reproduce, showcase, sell, modify, and adjust the said content. Furthermore, if we reasonably suspect any breach of applicable laws, we reserve the right to report the matter to appropriate law enforcement agencies.

No Sale Guarantee

We explicitly state that we cannot and do not guarantee the successful sale of any vehicle. Customers should be aware that our service’s aim is to facilitate introductions, and the final decision and transactional details rest between the customer and the dealer.

No Price Guarantee

if an offer to purchase does come about, we cannot assure or guarantee that the customer will receive their specific asking price or any particular valuation for the vehicle. Our core role is to facilitate introductions; the final transactional details, including the agreed-upon price, are to be negotiated and determined solely between the customer and the dealer.

Absence of Responsibility

Any negotiations, verifications, and the finalization of the deal are entirely between the customer and the dealer. GL CAR SOURCING does not bear responsibility for the concluding terms of any deal, and as such, customers cannot hold us accountable for any discrepancies or issues regarding the terms or validity of an offer.

Accuracy of Information

Customers are obligated to provide accurate and complete information about their vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to, its current condition, history, and any past accidents or damages. We are not liable for any failures or complications arising from customers supplying incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information to dealerships.

Exclusion of Liability

The agreement and transaction for the sale and purchase of a vehicle lie solely between the customer and the chosen Car Buying Partner. As such, GL CAR SOURCING does not assume any liability for any failures, shortcomings, or disputes related to the provision of services by a Car Buying Partner.

Liabilities Not Excluded

Nothing within these terms excludes or restricts our liability in cases of:

• Death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
• Any fraudulent actions or misrepresentations made by us.
• Or any other liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

Customers are encouraged to approach transactions with diligence, ensuring they have understood all terms and conditions set forth by the involved parties. Our role is to facilitate the introduction, and we implore all users of our service to act responsibly and transparently.

Termination of Service

User Initiated Termination
